Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?

White-label onboarding is £149 one-off, and we waive it for launch partners. Self-serve signup has no setup fee.

What happens if I go over my included AI audits or storage?

Fair per-unit overages, visible on your invoice: 12p per extra GB/month of storage, 2p per extra photo audit, 3p per extra chat message. No surprise tier jumps.

Do payments go through you?

No. You connect your own Stripe account and invoice money goes straight to you. We never hold your customers' payments.

Can I use my own Gemini API key for the chat widget?

Yes (Premium): bring your own Google Gemini key and we charge a flat £10/month instead of metering chat messages.
